To Emerson Animal Hospital:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for the quick care of Godzilla, our iguana.  As you know, I had never been to your office before, and in fact, I had not even called before I came in.  It was an emergency. 

My son's iguana had torn two of his toenails off, and in a panic, I tried to take him to the pet store I had bought him from looking for help.  I had no idea what to do.  When I found the pet store had not opened yet, I came to your office without any call to you first.  When I told the receptionist what had happened, she immediately got a stop bleed stick and powder to help.  It was not much after that when the doctor came out to see what was happening.  He then took Godzilla into the exam room and asked me if it would be okay to give him a complete check up.  Of course, I said that would be great.  I found out Godzilla had a calcium deficiency and needed immediate changes in his diet or he might not survive.  Thanks to the care and advice from the doctor Godzilla seems to be improving.

I have decided when my dog or cat need shots or any other veterinary attention I will be bringing them to you.  To my family and me, our pets are just as important as the rest of us when it comes to doctor's care.  They are part of the family.  I feel I can trust my pet family with you.

• Everyone said Dr. Emerson was good with small animals.  I was very satisfied with my visit.
• Dr. Cynthia Frey was recommended by church members.  Upon meeting her, I found her to be knowledgeable, interested in our pet and will to help with his serious illness.  She and the ladies who work with her gave excellent treatment with a caring attitude.  We appreciated the separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats.
• We were referred to Emerson Animal Hospital by Petsmart because they treat chinchillas.  I felt it was a professionally run office and will use them again for our small exotic pets.
